Review, understand, and schedule new patient referrals accurately and efficiently
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgency and patient needs
Apply strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills when addressing complex or time‑sensitive situations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
0–3+ years of relevant professional experience
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organizational structure and dynamic environment
Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred
prior call center or high‑volume phone experience preferred
administrative experience preferred
