Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to the Management team. Interacts and assists administratively with sales, front desk, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams with a focus on organization
Assist with payroll, correct timecard, new hire, termination and create Employee file
Assist with submitting invoices, expense report for approval
Assist with social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.); respond to comments on social channels. Identify and research industry events and opportunities to promote online
Work with the sales team to ensure successful events by assisting in the execution of hosted events. Act as the inside sales contact person to communicate with customers
Coordinate participation for all required trainings for all employees
Prepares information for management. Maintains communication with Senior Management about any issues. Keeps accurate records and reports on all activities. Prepare letters, reports and other correspondence from brief notes and other rough drafts
Utilize standard office equipment such as computer, phone, fax, and printer
Answer phone lines and route calls to appropriate personnel
Set up and maintain office files
Obtain and provide routine operational information
Assist with scheduling and organizing various company functions
Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma with some college preferred
Experience as an office assistant or in related fields
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Impeccable multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
Positive, enthusiastic personality to energize the workplace
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required
