Executive Director-Cardiovascular Service Line Operations
Pacer Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead their Cardiovascular Service Line Operations. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing cardiovascular services across clinics and labs, focusing on operational excellence and quality care.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of cardiovascular services, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence
Partner with physicians and leadership teams to drive clinical, operational, and financial performance
Foster a collaborative, experience-focused culture that develops and supports staff
Guide strategic planning, process improvement, and performance initiatives across the cardiovascular continuum
Support talent development, recruitment, and retention of clinical and nonclinical staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of leadership experience in cardiovascular services within a healthcare system
1+ year leadership experience in a hospital-based cardiovascular lab
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability to drive results, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and lead complex projects
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in physician dyad model and clinic leadership
