Responsibilities

Assist with setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of lab equipment and materials
Support preparation and execution of experiments and sample collection
Record observations and ensure proper labeling, storage, and data backup
Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
Assist with study setup, daily operations, ADAMTS13 billing, and project follow-ups
Prepare and organize study materials, including packets, forms, and documentation
Schedule study-related activities and help manage project timelines
Maintain inventory of study supplies and support ordering processes
Collect, enter, and maintain data in electronic and paper-based systems
Conduct statistical analyses of data sets
Review research documents, such as protocols, data collection forms, Institutional Review Board (IRB) documentation, abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts
Ensure proper documentation and organization of study records, project binders, and data collection forms
Assist with maintaining compliance with institutional and project guidelines
Prepare documentation for audits, reviews, or sponsor site visits
Track study milestones, recruitment status, and project progress
Maintain study logs and organize project-related correspondence
Support the Pathology Research and Grants Office team in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, processing reimbursements, and preparing reports

Four years of relevant experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
