Responsibilities
Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up
Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business
May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (current Siemens Energy employees with visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfer)
