2+ years expTandym Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their Systems team. This role focuses on triaging ServiceNow requests, administering the IdP platform (Okta), and supporting Google Workspace and Apple device management.

Responsibilities
Triage and resolve ServiceNow requests (50-60% of time) for the systems team
Provide sysadmin-level support for Google Admin Console, Jamf (Apple MDM), Okta / SSO , and related tools
Act as the first escalation point above help desk (not entry-level help desk, but junior sysadmin)
Troubleshoot SSO, MFA issues, group policies, group assignments, and user access requests
Participate in project work (e.g., integrations, operational improvements, technology rollouts)
Conduct routine business-as-usual tasks, including monthly and quarterly user access audits
Support security posture improvements and collaborate with the security team
Assist with technical debt remediation and operational excellence initiatives
Attend team meetings and integrate closely with the systems and security teams
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of relevant IT/systems administration experience
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Apple device management (Jamf preferred)
1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting Okta or similar SSO/Identity platforms, including user provisioning, group management, and MFA troubleshooting
Familiarity with ServiceNow and common SaaS/collaboration tools
Basic understanding of security practices, user access audits, and MFA troubleshooting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (on-site 3 days/week)
Growth mindset and willingness to take on project work
Preferred
Experience in an educational or multi-site environment
Exposure to security audits or policy rollouts
Scripting or automation experience (not required, but a plus)
