Support key Leasing executives through a range of responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing detailed and complicated documents and correspondence
Handle expense reports and ensure the day-to-day administrative needs of executives are handled efficiently and professionally
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance to support Leasing executives effectively
Advanced Word skills, including formatting, headers/footers and mail merge
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
