They are seeking a licensed Tech E&O / Cyber Insurance Producer to develop and manage relationships with technology service partners, marketing insurance solutions and driving growth through a partner-centric distribution model.

Responsibilities
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing technology service organizations as insurance referral partners
Marketing Cyber Liability and Tech E&O insurance solutions to partner organizations for their internal insurance needs
Educating partners on coverage concepts, risk exposures, and how to identify qualified referral opportunities
Managing the full sales lifecycle for referred accounts, including discovery, coverage structuring, carrier negotiations, and binding
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, insureds, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Collaborating with underwriting and carrier partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions
Maintaining compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and carrier requirements
Delivering a high level of service to drive partner retention, repeat referrals, and portfolio growth
Qualification
Required
Active insurance producer license required
Proven experience producing commercial insurance, preferably Cyber Liability and/or Technology Errors & Omissions
Strong understanding of insurance coverage structures, risk analysis, and consultative selling
Demonstrated success building and managing referral- or partner-driven sales channels
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technology services, or MSP/MSSP business models is a strong advantage
Experience working with E&S and/or admitted cyber markets preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in insurance, business, or a related field
