Work will be expansive and include patent, trade secrets, copyright, and trademark
Clients span a wide-range of industries such as media, life sciences, finance, and high-end technology
Advise on portfolio development and licensing deals in addition to traditional litigation
Familiarity with state, federal, and U.S. Patent office proceedings is required
