Responsibilities
Fundamental knowledge of corporate usage standards/policies related to end user devices/technology
Technical and functional understanding of corporate standard client devices for purpose of deployment, support, and customer education at a Novice level
Limited (Novice) experience with common micro-computer operating systems
Basic knowledge of computer security procedures and protocols
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
Limited (Novice) experience with problem definition, troubleshooting and corrective actions in support of end user devices/technology
Ability to identify technical and functional specifications to meet customer needs related to client devices within the framework of corporate standards at a Fundamental level
Novice level interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service focus
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel at a Novice level
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Associate's Degree /Technical school or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience in the field
Client technology support experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Microsoft A+ Certification
