Responsibilities
Supervise the cleaning of campus buildings
Conduct inspections of respective areas
Special events, Plan, gives instruction on and inspects the completion
Process payroll time sheets weekly
Process leave requests daily
Counsel employees for both outstanding and unsatisfactory job performance
Complete annual performance reviews based strictly on expectations listed on the plans for the previous year
Manage work orders
Maintain building supplies inventory
Assists other departments as needed; b) campus emergencies; c) work orders
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work
Possess a valid Driver's License
Pre-employment Drug testing, Physical and Criminal Background check are required
