Head of Demand Generation

They are seeking a Head of Demand Generation to own the global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets, architecting a multi-channel acquisition engine and collaborating closely with Sales and RevOps to drive predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
Build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine (paid, organic, lifecycle, web, ABM, experiments)
Design forecasting, capacity modeling, and performance management for pipeline creation
Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP definition, segmentation, routing, and handoff SLAs
Translate product positioning and category narrative into high-converting campaigns
Continuously improve funnel conversion across visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity
Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and optimization frameworks
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing demand generation team over time

Required

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
Proven track record owning pipeline targets and scaling revenue impact
Deep understanding of paid acquisition, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation
Strong analytical and operational rigor
Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps

Preferred

Experience in high-growth or category-defining SaaS companies
Familiarity with product-led or hybrid PLG/Sales motions
Prior experience building and managing teams
Background in fintech, ERP, or infrastructure software
