Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, and tool tracking
Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and inspections
Track vehicle usage, mileage, fuel expenses, and overall fleet performance
Maintain accurate fleet and inventory records, including parts, tools, and equipment assigned to vehicles
Manage registration renewals, insurance, and service history documentation
Oversee vehicle assignments, check-ins, and returns
Communicate with vendors, leasing partners, and insurance providers as needed
Support onboarding/offboarding for employees with assigned vehicles and tools
Prepare fleet and inventory reports; recommend process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in fleet coordination or maintenance administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with fleet or inventory management software
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Holman experience preferred
