The role involves collaborating with design leads and product partners to create engaging digital experiences, conducting research and analysis, and leveraging AI for design excellence.

Responsibilities
Design and Prototype: Use Figma to create engaging, intuitive digital experiences, leveraging modern design practices and the Shield Design System for consistency and reusability. You’ll build strength in core craft skills—interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design thinking—while exploring a range of design options and executing projects with growing independence. MURAL is used for collaborative brainstorming, workshops, and mapping user journeys, ensuring ideas flow seamlessly from concept to execution
Research and Analysis: Work with research and analytics partners to gather and synthesize client insights, business requirements, and research findings to inform design decisions. You’ll participate in design thinking workshops, user interviews, and surveys, using both qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and develop actionable insights
Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to evaluate market solutions and identify opportunities for differentiation. Use frameworks and tools to research direct and indirect competitors, improving product usability and desirability
Leverage AI for Design Excellence: Embrace AI-powered features in Figma, MURAL and other internal and external tools to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and improve design quality. AI tools help automate repetitive tasks, analyze component usage, and provide real-time feedback, allowing you to focus on higher-level creative and strategic work
