Responsibilities
Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers in the metro area
Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and on-campus networking events
Conduct outbound outreach to early-career candidates
Help screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the process
Learn how to evaluate talent for both skill and culture fit
Assist with scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring administration
Maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process
Help improve recruiting workflows as the company scales
Gain insight into how a tech company grows teams, opens offices, and builds leadership from the ground up
Work closely with leadership and hiring managers across the organization
Qualification
Required
Completed bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 3.6 required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Clear, confident verbal and written communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable representing LiveSwitch at events and on campus
Interested in learning recruiting, hiring strategy, and business operations
You take initiative and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You do not need constant direction to be productive
