Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through the various steps and ensuring a positive and professional experience
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions with clients, introducing them to our agency's services, processes, and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and strategists to gather the necessary information to tailor onboarding to each client's specific needs
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and clarifications to ensure their comfort and confidence in our services
Monitor and track client progress throughout the onboarding period, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing challenges to ensure a successful transition to ongoing services
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process, incorporating client feedback and industry best practices
Document onboarding activities, client preferences, and interactions in a comprehensive and organized manner for future reference
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or related areas
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges
Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven experience in digital marketing, onboarding management, or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or similar environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to client interactions
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs and challenges
Positive attitude, adaptability, and the desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment
Experience in creating and delivering presentations or training sessions
