Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, scalable Salesforce solutions while anticipating complexity and risk
Demonstrate excellence in communication by clearly conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Collaborate effectively across teams to support shared objectives
Consistently meet commitments across multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes and strengthening delivery standards
Research, validate, and prove solutions before implementation
Take ownership of outcomes end to end, holding themselves and others to high standards of technical accuracy and execution
Build and refine processes to reduce risk and improve consistency
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree from an accredited university
3-4 years of work experience on the Salesforce.com platform as a consultant, administrator, or developer
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Quote to Cash/Salesforce CPQ, preferably in a consulting role
Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, and at least 1 of the following: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
Obtain at least one of the following within first 90 days (tbd your manager): Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC)
Candidates must be personally interested in technology, always learning and keeping up to date with changes directly on the Salesforce platform and indirectly through the Salesforce ecosystem/AppExchange and general technology trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven track record of project management skills and project success with customers and partners alike
Experience in a consulting or client-facing role in various industries
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Translating client requirements into Salesforce features (functional vs technical)
