Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery and P&L for a $100M+ strategic account
Drive AI adoption across SDLC and Application Support to improve:
Productivity
Quality
Cost efficiency
Delivery predictability
Build and scale a human + machine delivery model
Ensure stable, predictable, high-quality delivery across multi-geo teams
Lead growth and presales, expanding the account through transformation-led opportunities
Deliver programs across staff augmentation, fixed-price, capacity, output, and outcome-based models
Build trusted CxO-level customer relationships and ensure high CSAT
Lead and mentor high-performing, AI-enabled engineering and support teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
20+ years in technology services, consulting, or large-scale IT delivery
Proven experience managing $100M+ (preferably $150M+) portfolios with P&L ownership
Background as an Engineering / Technology Leader with strong Agile delivery experience
Experience driving AI, automation, and transformation at enterprise scale
Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience working in large global IT services organizations
