Be the face of the bank: Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better
Solve problems like a pro: Assist with everything from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments
Build real relationships: Get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially

Stay sharp: Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training

Required

6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality for Universal Banker I
1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling for Universal Banker II
Degree in a related field can replace experience for Universal Banker II
3+ years of banking experience for Universal Banker III
Stellar communication and people skills
Detail-driven and highly organized
Great under pressure and loves a good challenge
Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software
Team player, self-starter, and fast learner

Preferred

Leadership and mentoring experience preferred for Universal Banker III
