Responsibilities
Shoot and edit social-first video content for multiple clients
Create short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar
Add light graphics, motion, or visual treatments as needed
Execute creative direction from Ghostrobot’s creative team
Ensure content meets platform-specific specs and best practices
Manage your own shoots, media, and post-production workflow
Collaborate with producers and project managers to hit timelines and deliverables
Actively research social trends, creators, and brand work, and contribute ideas informed by what’s happening now, and what’s coming next
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating video content for clients
Strong understanding of social content production requirements (shooting + post)
Ability to work independently and manage your own creative process
Comfort working solo or within small teams
Solid editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with light graphics, motion, or compositing
A habit of actively following social trends, new formats, and evolving creative workflows
Curiosity around new tools and approaches, and a willingness to experiment thoughtfully
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Clear, professional communication skills
A portfolio or website is required for the application
Short-form social content
Client work (not just personal or experimental projects)
Examples that show strong execution, not just concepts
Preferred
Your own camera and audio gear (not a deal breaker)
Experience working on branded or agency-led projects
Familiarity with fast timelines and multiple stakeholders
