Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and talent management functions
Utilize CRM and other VMS systems
Utilize excel, word, and microsoft office, teams, and outlook
Conduct interviews with a focus on assessing skills in negotiation, communication skills, and cultural fit; facilitate employment & labor law compliance throughout the hiring process
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand staffing needs; provide guidance on employee orientation, contracts, employee evaluation, employee relations, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualification
Required

Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations is essential for ensuring compliant hiring practices
Preferred
Past experience in light industrial, or clerical recruiting a plus
Experience speaking spanish and communicating with various levels of applicants
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, research skills for lead generation, and effective communication skills
Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns is preferred
Expereince utilizing CRM, Microsoft Office, Microsoft outlook, Excel, Indeed, and other VMS systems is a plus
