Responsibilities
Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques as you work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience
Help shape client’s transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a 'to-be' enterprise environment
Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases
Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions
Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences
Collaborate with client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions
Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), artificial intelligence including GenAI, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud
Help clients better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
