Responsibilities
Execute manual and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications
Test new features for defects and adherence to requirements
Use Jira, Zephyr Scale, and other tools to track and manage tests
Log and track defects, and work with the IT team for remediation
Work with the QA Automation Engineer to develop test plans and strategies
Verify bug reports and assist with bug triage
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements
Proactively review specifications and participate in planning sessions
Document and update business requirements
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and skills
3+ years in a QA or IT role testing websites, mobile applications, and/or CRM systems
Ability to interpret technical specifications and document business requirements
Proactive self-starter with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction
