dormakaba Americas is seeking a Corporate Communications Intern to join their Summer 2026 Rising Talent Program in Indianapolis. The intern will support content creation and project management for corporate communications tools, campaigns, and activities.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of employee communications such as intranet stories, emails, invitations, flyers, etc
Support onsite digital signage internal content and deployment
Support media list development, media monitoring, reporting
Support project management, including events
Attend meetings both within and beyond your designated role to broaden your engagement
Collaborate with other interns on projects

Writing skillsMS Office proficiencyProject management experienceCanva experienceEmail marketing softwareMonday.com experience

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations, with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 – Spring 2028
Availability to work full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May - August 2026)
Strong writing skills with samples
Project management experience

Preferred

Proficiency with MS Office products
Experience using Canva, email marketing software, Monday.com (or similar software)
