Responsibilities
Manage trademark and copyright matters from start to finish, including prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement across U.S. and select international jurisdictions
Conduct legal research and analysis on trademark and copyright rights, procedures, and disputes
Draft legal documents and correspondence related to filings, office actions, responses, and client advice
Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to develop strategy and counsel clients effectively on protections, risks, and best practices
Support related intellectual property initiatives as needed, contributing to a dynamic and multidisciplinary IP practice
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
3–5 years of relevant trademark and copyright law experience
Strong legal writing, analytical, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
