Responsibilities

Assist with social media strategy and create engaging content

Support the selection and branding of marketing merchandise

Contribute to graphic design, photography, and videography efforts

Help develop presentations and marketing collateral

Analyze campaign and content performance using marketing analytics

Attend and represent Electra Grid at industry conferences, site visits, and community events

Develop communication and sales skills

Learn and apply CRM tools and sales platforms

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Stay organized, meet deadlines, and show initiative

Be coachable, adaptable, and collaborative

Required

High school diploma or GED

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and time management

Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during office work or event attendance

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, banners, merchandise)

Must be able to travel locally and regionally for events, site visits, and conferences

Capable of using a computer, camera equipment, and other office tools for prolonged periods

Preferred

Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
