Responsibilities
Secure new business through inbound and outbound calls
Make a high volume of outbound calls to new leads
Execute prompt, consistent, and effective follow-up
Maintain regular outreach via phone, text, and email
Conduct coverage discovery and present insurance options
Quote, present, and bind insurance policies
Accurately document activity and outcomes in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
Qualification
Required
Sales experience preferred (insurance, call center, or consultative sales a plus)
Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills
Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Professional and reliable work ethic
Preferred
Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
