Senior Account Executive, Membership
Addison Group is partnering with a respected professional association within the corporate governance industry. The Senior Account Executive, Membership will focus on driving new business growth through a consultative sales approach while building trusted relationships with senior executives and board members.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new membership accounts within an assigned territory
Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational goals and recommend tailored solutions
Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and board members
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation within the CRM
Provide guidance and feedback to junior sales or membership development staff
Stay current on industry trends, offerings, and evolving sales strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in account executive or B2B sales roles
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Background in membership-based, professional services, or consultative sales environments preferred
Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or related field preferred)
