Customer Service Sales Representative

Driver Industrial Safety is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers. The role involves providing timely and accurate support, managing inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Identify opportunities to generate leads and support sales initiatives
Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive and transparent communication
Provide accurate, detailed information using company systems, tools, and resources
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including service-level metrics and sales targets
Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause, providing timely solutions, and ensuring complete follow-up
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system and process account updates as required
Adhere to established communication guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures
Demonstrate initiative by going above and beyond to support customers and improve service quality
Consistently achieve assigned performance and quota expectations
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in alignment with company standards

Required

Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement
Previous experience in customer service or client support required
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals and quotas
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs and engaging in regular typing, reading, and writing activities
Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85021 (Required)

Preferred

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speak, read, write) is highly preferred
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
