Responsibilities
As a Mobile Lending Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional lending experiences to customers across the South Auckland and the surrounding area
In this acquisition-focused role, you’ll be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about networking, business development, and customer satisfaction
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your strong communication and negotiation skills to drive new business growth and build a trusted personal brand in the local market
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' home lending experience
Strong understanding of credit risk
Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, including familiarity with complex structures such as multi-party deals and trusts
NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Residential Property Lending (achieved or in progress)
Strong existing networks and a proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
Deep knowledge of the local market and the home buying process
Flexibility to work around customers' schedules, meeting them where and when it suits them
Ability to deliver a world-class customer experience through empathy, trust, and expertise
Confidence as a presenter, comfortable speaking in seminar environments to a wide range of audiences
