Responsibilities

Design, configure, and document end-to-end TPM solutions on the XTEL SaaS platform

Lead discovery, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases of implementation

Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and define optimal configuration strategies with minimal customization

Provide technical governance, risk management, and delivery assurance

Act as the primary liaison between client business teams and XTEL product engineering

Support change management, training, and TPM process adoption
