Required

Minimum of 2+ year of professional experience in residential architecture
Ability to take schematic designs through to CD set level
Exceptional architectural design skill
Extensive knowledge of architectural documentation and COA residential building codes
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe
Strong communication and presentation skills
