Responsibilities
Building, scaling, and operating a high-performing engineering organization
Delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software in support of momoGood’s mission
Owning engineering execution for the Givergy platform
Working closely with Tatango’s established engineering organization to adopt proven practices, tools, and delivery standards
Combining strong technical judgment with disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership
Partnering closely with Product, Security, and other cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into clear technical plans
Making informed tradeoffs and ensuring predictable delivery
Championing modern engineering practices, including DORA metrics, AI-first workflows, and strong security and compliance standards
Mentoring engineers and managers, evolving team structure and hiring plans, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in building, scaling, and operating high-performing engineering organizations
Strong technical judgment and disciplined execution
Data-driven decision-making skills
People leadership experience
Ability to partner closely with Product, Security, and other cross-functional leaders
Experience translating business priorities into clear technical plans
Ability to make informed tradeoffs and ensure predictable delivery
Comfort operating in complexity, balancing near-term execution with long-term architectural integrity
Experience in live-event, transactional, and integration-heavy environments
Championing modern engineering practices, including DORA metrics and AI-first workflows
Strong security and compliance standards
Mentoring engineers and managers
Evolving team structure and hiring plans
Fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
