Responsibilities
Maintain a strong individual contributor role: Continue to actively participate in coding, design, and implementation of key software components
Lead and mentor junior engineers: Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices, code quality, and professional development
Conduct performance reviews: Provide constructive feedback, set performance goals, and guide career development for team members
Drive technical excellence: Champion high-quality software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Lead large-scale projects: Take ownership of complex projects, defining technical roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to successful delivery
Revenue-focused development: Align engineering efforts with business goals, focusing on projects that deliver measurable ROI and drive revenue growth
Data-driven decision making: Leverage data and analytics to inform technical decisions, track project progress, and measure the impact of engineering initiatives
Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software systems
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, Angular)
Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java)
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and their integrations
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., design patterns, object-oriented programming)
Proven experience leading and mentoring junior engineers
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Preferred
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana)
