Organizational Development Executive
Brooks International is a globally respected executive services firm seeking a highly experienced Organizational Development Executive to join their elite team. Responsibilities
Conduct organizational development diagnostics and gap analyses; articulate findings, identify risks, and pursue deeper insights with executives
Design, present, and maintain detailed account strategies
Support the Managing Partner of Delivery in securing additional work and expanding client value
Deliver as per engagement schedules in partnership with Operations, defining clear deliverables and timelines
Overcome resistance and generate executive-level enthusiasm around addressing organizational barriers
Conduct executive meetings, provide coaching, prepare for interventions, extract reactions, and follow up on progress
Clearly articulate organizational development barriers, required changes, and consequences of maintaining counterproductive behaviors
Identify and position development needs for front-line and supervisory personnel
Produce executive-ready client materials and presentations
Provide required information for internal project reviews and prepare for review sessions
Ensure all behavioral profiles and meeting notes are thorough and distributed within standard timeframes
Partner with Engagement Managers and Managing Partners to ensure functional alignment to corporate goals and integration into the HR performance management system
Prepare all materials for group training sessions
Coach and guide engagement team members in overcoming resistance and developing effective leadership behaviors
Support and develop the Organizational Development specialist responsible for frontline supervisory development
Report daily to the Managing Partner and Engagement Manager regarding progress, barriers, and required mitigation
Maintain intimate knowledge of the work and ensure alignment with Operations
Ensure transparency, accuracy, and reconciliation with the client’s situation
Qualification
Required
Transformational change executive with extensive experience delivering organizational and leadership development in high-impact environments
Skilled at extracting information rapidly, assembling positions, and driving executive alignment to mission-critical outcomes
Able to operate virtually without limitation across diverse roles, activities, and project types
Highly competent in value-delivery methodologies, capable of assembling approaches quickly and taking personal responsibility for both team and individual development outcomes
Deeply knowledgeable in people, process, and strategy, with advanced capabilities in organizational transformation
Executive team development
