Responsibilities
Own end‐to‐end feature delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Build client‐side and mobile experiences using React and React Native
Develop backend services using Java (Java 21 + Spring Boot)
Design and implement APIs using GraphQL and REST
Work within the Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps for repositories and pipelines; DevOps expertise not required)
Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and drive engineering best practices
Own and improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability
Operate within high‐autonomy, self‐managed POD teams while collaborating across product, design, analytics, and business
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise across frontend, backend, and API development
Strong ownership, architectural leadership, and cross‐functional communication
Own end‐to‐end feature delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Build client‐side and mobile experiences using React and React Native
Develop backend services using Java (Java 21 + Spring Boot)
Design and implement APIs using GraphQL and REST
Work within the Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps for repositories and pipelines; DevOps expertise not required)

Preferred
Expertise with React / React Native
Senior‐level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot)
Strong understanding of API architecture, GraphQL schema design, and REST standards
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
Comfort working in fast‐moving, cross‐functional, high‐autonomy environments
