Responsibilities
Greeting employees and visitors both in person and over the phone and providing admission process information and routine hospital information
Informs Walk-In's of CBH's services, evaluations, and admissions processes, as well as routine hospital information
Assist in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log
Initiate and maintain 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures
Communicate changes in monitored individuals conditions to the Admissions Department
Sign for, receive, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries
Provide back-up clerical support to other departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Prefer one (1) year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
Need CPR, and current Mandatory Reporter for adult/child (Can be obtained during orientation)
