Responsibilities
Price securities and process bond maturations and calls with precision
Post performance data and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Reconcile daily transactions and cash balances with custodians
Investigate and resolve data anomalies using analytical tools
Invoice client accounts and post management fees
Set up and maintain client accounts with attention to detail
Generate and reconcile monthly statements for clients, brokers, and accountants
Maintain GIPS composite membership using CAPS software
Collaborate with auditors to verify and validate data
Process corporate actions and conduct in-depth account research
Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows
Work closely and transparently with a small, agile team in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Advanced Excel skills, including writing and running macros
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Familiarity with investment accounting and reconciliation processes
Preferred
Experience with Advent APX preferred, or strong aptitude to learn quickly
