Responsibilities
Own financial planning and modeling that informs company strategy, headcount growth, and investment priorities
Evaluate tradeoffs across growth initiatives, resourcing decisions, and new bets to maximize long-term value
Build and maintain multi-year financial models that connect strategy to outcomes
Support board- and investor-level planning, including scenario analysis and downside / upside planning
Partner with sales, capture, and product leadership to shape pricing, packaging, and contract structures aligned with strategic goals
Develop financial frameworks to assess new products, customer segments, and go-to-market motions
Translate operating metrics into clear insights that guide growth decisions
Design scalable reporting that ties revenue performance to strategic intent
Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, providing clear, opinionated financial perspectives
Build analyses and narratives that support executive decisions, board discussions, and internal alignment
Help define and track the metrics that matter most for long-term enterprise value
Partner with the finance and accounting team to ensure systems, controls, and reporting scale with the business
Drive automation and process improvements that reduce friction and enable faster decision-making
Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and useful—not just compliant
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate strategy, or similar roles in high-growth environments
Strong financial modeling and planning skills; comfortable building models from scratch
Deep understanding of SaaS and/or government contracting economics
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Low-ego, high-ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration
