Responsibilities

Develop and execute a category strategy to drive growth and new business development
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing partners and attract new partners
Cultivate strong relationships with HPE and strategic partners to secure favorable terms and accelerate growth
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, operations) to align strategies
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and drive exceptional experiences
Promote usage of the Xvantage platform among reseller partners and vendors
Build full solution offerings across a portfolio of vendors

Required

High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum six years of strategic, outside sales or account management experience, preferably in a related industry
Alternatively, four years of technology or distribution experience in sales or customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with complex contracts and statements of work
Business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in both 1:1 and group settings
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders
Hunter's mentality to generate new sales opportunities
Strategic selling, order management, and project management expertise
Advanced understanding of Ingram Micro's solutions and value proposition
Proven track record of year-over-year sales growth
Strong financial acumen and forecasting ability
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for in-person customer engagements

Preferred

HPE GreenLake knowledge/experience
Proven business development experience
Experience selling as-a-service, consumption-based solutions
Background in finance or financial modeling
