The HRIS Specialist will support and optimize the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems, focusing on UKG, and will be responsible for system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and collaboration with HR and payroll teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for UKG and other HRIS platforms

Configure system workflows, permissions, and modules to support HR and business needs

Maintain data accuracy through regular audits, cleanup, and validation processes

Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to optimize system usage and identify opportunities for automation

Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc HRIS reports and dashboards

Analyze HR data to support compliance, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making

Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies proactively

Act as first-line support for HRIS-related questions and issues from internal users

Coordinate with vendors when system escalations or enhancements are required

Test system updates, patches, and new functionality prior to implementation

Assist in the implementation of new HRIS features or related systems

Participate in cross-functional projects impacting HR technology and processes

Document system processes, procedures, and user guides

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, with strong proficiency in UKG

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Preferred

Sightline system experience is a plus
