Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the integration of SuccessFactors with Active Directory, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, HR, Security, and external vendors to drive project milestones and resolve issues
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance
Facilitate working sessions to gather and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
Oversee test planning and execution, cutover strategies, hypercare support, and smooth transition to operational teams
Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans to maintain project momentum
Provide confident leadership and clear communication to project teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability in a remote environment
Deliver timely status reports and presentations to senior leadership and project governance committees
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT PMO or IT Project Management roles
Proven track record managing large-scale, global technology implementation projects
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and dynamic schedules
Preferred
Desired experience with ADManagerPlus or with integrating with other third-party IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
