Social Media Content Creator
Napster Corp is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can do it all. This role involves creating, editing, and publishing content across various social channels, targeting both B2B and consumer audiences.
Responsibilities
Create original content from concept through final edit
Design static graphics, carousels, and visual assets for social posts
Edit video and photo content using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent)
Develop content tailored to platform-specific formats and best practices, particularly for TikTok and LinkedIn
Leverage AI content creation tools to enhance productivity and output quality
Manage and publish content across all social channels, ensuring consistent posting cadence and brand voice
Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for timely, relevant content
Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and build community across platforms
Track performance metrics and use data to refine content strategy and improve engagement
Coordinate with the Global Head of Communications to align social content with broader company initiatives, product launches, and campaigns
Manage paid social campaigns including boosting high-performing organic content and running targeted ads to grow audience reach and engagement across key platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
Proven ability to create visual content independently—this means you can create without a large-scale production team
Strong proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools
Demonstrated success growing audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, or a related field
A portfolio or samples of social content you have created is required
Preferred
Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or related industries preferred
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus
