Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR
Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems. Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions that replace manual processes
Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters. Act as the administrator for designated HR systems, and defines and manage security for users and user roles
Develop guidance and resources for users; demonstrate functionality and user interfaces
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
United States Citizenship
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics)
Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems)
