Director of Brand & Ecommerce Marketing
Unique Vintage is a DTC women’s apparel brand known for vintage-inspired fashion and inclusive sizing. They are seeking a hands-on Director of Brand & Ecommerce Marketing to lead brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, and oversee various marketing channels to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for email and SMS marketing
Lead lifecycle storytelling across campaigns, flows, promotions, and launches
Partner closely with design to deliver compelling, on-brand creative
Use customer insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement
Define and evolve brand voice, messaging, and narrative
Lead copywriting and creative direction across channels
Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Manage the Social Media Manager
Set organic social strategy aligned with brand and product launches
Oversee affiliate and creator marketing programs
Ensure partners reflect brand values and storytelling standards
Support site merchandising, promotions, and launches
Maintain strategic oversight of SEO (prioritization and partner management)
Partner with a fractional digital marketing manager and external agencies
Test new ideas, channels, and formats quickly and thoughtfully
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years in DTC ecommerce marketing, ideally in fashion or apparel
Strong storyteller with excellent copy instincts
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Experienced managing small teams and external partners
Thrive in lean, founder-led environments
Energized by rebuilding, refining, and growing a brand with history
