Lead business, data, and process requirements gathering
Document investment workflows, data flows, and source-to-target mappings
Support implementation activities including data mapping, validation, and UAT
Enhance portfolio management and investment reporting solutions
Contribute to data governance, quality, and documentation efforts
Design dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
5+ years supporting financial or investment data systems
Strong experience with requirements documentation, data mapping, and SQL
Experience supporting system implementations or integrations
Preferred
Investment or asset management domain experience
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Understanding of modern data platforms and APIs
