Responsibilities

Drive governance for SAP Ariba bi – weekly meeting

Troubleshooting issues in SAP Ariba

Support the TPRM process and the Category Managers in the Review and Approval of New Suppliers during the Supplier Onboarding process

Be a resource for client employees and Suppliers for questions on how to submit and approve Engagement requests

Overall responsibility for TPRM Process (SME) & Governance

Build KPI report & tracking - Coordinate Monthly Status updates (reports)

Facilitates the process to integrate Due Diligence findings into Ariba and supports & answers questions on the process

Facilitate the Risk Domain owners with the creation of Issues in Ariba

Generate reporting from Malbek (CLM tool)

Assign incidents in the queue according to Admin

Support incidents in Malbek

Manage “admin” queue in Malbek

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Administration or related background

Experience with ERP, procure-to-pay, and e-sourcing technology solutions (preferably SAP Ariba Sourcing)

Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively present findings

Strong project management and communications skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with teammates at all levels of the organization

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint)

Minimum Years of Experience Required: 3

Preferred

Any Contract lifecycle Management software

Sourcing software (SAP Ariba Sourcing is a plus)

Project management software (Planner, Microsoft Project, Jira)
