Responsibilities
Serve as the technical owner for your domain or service within our Retail Service Cloud
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the technical roadmap — from building new features to scaling the platform
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
Act as the primary technical point of contact, clearly communicating details and pushing back on requests when necessary to maintain quality and focus
Build and mentor a team of developers, driving productivity, growth, and engineering excellence
Modernize and optimize our technology stack by replacing legacy code and services
Architect and implement frameworks that power upcoming projects
Plan and manage sprints, triage tickets, and contribute to product roadmap discussions
Qualification
Required
Passion for helping engineering teams execute successfully on ambitious product roadmaps
Strong sense of technical ownership and pride in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
Collaborative mindset — you thrive among other senior developers who challenge and inspire you
Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Django
Problem-solving approach that focuses on finding the best solution, not just one that works
Must be at least 50% hands on while also driving broader technical strategy
