Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and advise on zoning, land use, and development matters
Handle closings and title/survey reviews in complex real estate deals across New Jersey
Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects blending real estate with business and environmental law
Contribute thought leadership via firm-supported speaking and publishing opportunities in the real estate sector
Qualification
Required
Experience in structuring and negotiating commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
