Responsibilities

Support engineers in analyzing and troubleshooting production issues while learning best practices for maintaining uptime and service performance
Perform initial root cause analysis and remediation of production issues using AI tools
Build tools to automate repetitive tasks, deployments, and incident responses with the goal of minimal human involvement
Assist in configuring dashboards and alerts with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or GCP to monitor system health and performance
Leverage IaC tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management for all platforms
Work alongside product and operations teams to understand how features are deployed and maintained in production environments

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure
Basic understanding of Linux systems, networking, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go)
Familiarity with containers (Docker) and interest in learning Kubernetes
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Coursework or side projects involving cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Exposure to automation or IaC tools (Terraform, Helm)
Familiarity with monitoring tools or dashboards
Contributions to open-source projects
